Jeffrey Dean Morgan return to 'Grey's Anatomy': Okay, so the chances of Jeffrey returning to 'Supernatural' next season are looking pretty slim, but JDM fans will be getting their Denny fix as he will be returning in the fifth season of 'Grey's Anatomy'. It will be interesting to see how they pull that one off....find out more at Buddy TV.

SAG nixes AMPTP's final offer: Report from Variety that: The guild on Thursday officially rejected the final offer by the Alliance of Motion Picture & Television Producers on grounds the pact falls short in such areas as new media and DVD residuals, along with product integration and force majeure protections. SAG made several counteroffers but the majors insisted they're done negotiating and that the final offer is indeed final.

If the sole reason you’re planning on attending this summer’s San Diego Comic Con is to get up close and personal [no, not that up close and personal] with SUPERNATURAL stars Jared Padaleck and Jensen Ackles. Get ready to take note of some very important news. Though the SUPERNATURAL panel is still scheduled for Sunday July 27 from 11:15AM-12:15PM in Room 6CDEF, the autograph session that Jared and Jensen will be doing is actually on Saturday July 26 from 5:00-6:00PM in the Warner Bros. Films: Fangoria have a report from the set of Jensen's movie My Bloody Valentine'.

Also from Amazon, available now to pre-order is a hardback book of John Wichester's Journal - the book is John's journal in it's entirety, written by Alex Irvine and illustrated by Dan Panosin. Release date is February 3rd 2009.

SAG Contract Expires, Jared's "Portrait" and Event News

SAG Negotiations: The Screen Actors Guild's film and primetime TV contract expired on June 30. Now the SAG awaits the results of of the AFTRA ratification vote, to be announced Tuesday. To read more about the talks, head over to Variety.

Kripke Talks, SN Nominations and more

TV Guide have an interview with Supernatural creator Eric Kripke about a character who is NOT returning to Season 4 (not Dean so don't worry!).

Speaking of Mr Kripke, Variety report that he has nabbed a 2 year exclusive pact with WB TV.

Supernatural has received six nominations in Zap2it.com's The 2008 Amy Awards. The series and cast are nominated in the following categories: Best Guest Star (Jim Beaver as Bobby Singer), Best Plot Twist (Dean goes to hell), Hottest Actor (Jensen Ackles as Dean and Jared Padalecki as Sam), Most Missed Show, Show Amy Never Talks About and Best Return from the Writers Strike. Voting closes Friday, June 27 at 5 p.m. EST.
