General Spoilers
26/4 - Alona Tal is not returning for an episode this season.
26/3 - Question: I have soooo many questions about Supernatural. Will Dean die? Will Dean go to Hell? Will Sam turn dark? Will Sam fight against Dean? Help!— A Desperate Fan Ausiello: The answer to two of your questions is yes.
31/1 - Eric Kripke: We actually flip-flopped the order of our last two episodes. "Jus in Bello" is the one that's going to premiere last. So "Jus in Bello" is going to be on the 21st, and "Mystery Spot" is going to be on the 14th. We moved "Jus in Bello" to last because it's such a big episode for us.Source: TV.com
22/1 - Eric Kripe reveals: No Dean-Bela hookups. They hate each other too much. If anything, Bela becomes more antagonistic.
20/11 - Lauren Cohan reveals: There's gonna be a face-off between Bela and another baddie on the show-someone we've seen before whom we don't like very much. She may be, but she really is primarily a thief. And then as her relationship develops with the boys, we may see her other colors coming through. She is aware of how the whole demon hunting world works, because she has to be in order to get her business done.
6/11 - Jared Padalecki reveals: In a few weeks, Gordon, played by Sterling K. Brown , who we love, comes back. He's been hunting for Sam now that he's found out he's not all human. What's going to happen to stop him is very interesting. If you remember, the Yellow-eyed Demon said to Dean, "Are you sure what you brought back is 100 percent Sam?" Keep an eye on Sam and notice the difference between Season 1 and what he does now in Season 3. It might be hinting toward something.
17/7 - [Lauren Cohen will] also a love interest for one of the boys (Dean, I believe). Sources close to the show tell me she's quite lovely and will be kicking some serious demon butt this year.Source: Watch With Kristen at E!Online
5/7 - "Will Girl Power Break Supernatural's Spell?" asks BuddyTV. Read the full article here!
26/6 - It is very doubtful that Alona Tal, who plays Jo, will be back next season. According to Alona's reps, anything is possible, but since the show hasn't done anything with her character for a long time, they're not expecting a call any time soon.
26/6 - Since the report that Supernatural was adding two ‘hot’ female regulars to the cast, the show’s fan community has been on fire with protest, praise, and a slight breeze of neutrality.
BuddyTV have got their hands on the casting sides (script used to audition actors and actresses). To read them Click HereSource: DeeDee
13/6 - Big scoop! The show is adding two new series regulars next season, both of them female and, based on the casting breakdowns, insanely doable. The first one is described as a beautiful, funny and confident mercenary who lacks a conscience, and the other is an enigmatic demon hunter who is sexy, brutal and ruthless. So ruthless that I hear she's going to make Sam and Dean look like the Hardy Boys.Source: Ask Ausiello @ TVGuide
12/6 - If you’ve read our spoilers for SPN, you know that the show will have two new regulars, both female demon hunters. A bit more info has come out about these roles. One is named Bela and is said to be a woman without a conscience. The second one is Ruby, a mysterious and quiet woman.

Episode 13 - "Ghostfacers"
15/4 - Sam and Dean take a break from their usual gig to star in a gritty reality show called "Ghostfacers" which chronicles the pursuit of the paranormal. Ed Zeddmore (guest star A. J. Buckley) and Harry Spengler (guest star Travis Wester) have created a radically different and sometimes violent show full of profanity that takes them to the Morton Mansion, an abandoned estate which becomes one of the most haunted places in America one night each year. However, as their team begins to get picked off in grisly manners not fit for television, they realize they are in over their heads.
5/4 - The Supernatural boys are venturing into reality...television. "We're coming back with a reality show version of Supernatural," says creator Eric Kripke. "It's sort of our loving tribute to Ghost Hunters. People will either congratulate us or think we're totally effing insane."
23/3 - This episode was shot in documentary style and parodies Sci Fi Channel's Ghost Hunters. The Winchesters reunite with the wannabe hunters from Season 1.17's "Hell House" while investigating a haunted house where John failed to succeed. Dean is determined to try his hand at it. As the Ghostfacers stumble through the house and modify their TV pilot, Dean hunts for Sam.
9/3 - It's a light, high-concept episode - shot entirely in documentary style by these bumbling would-be ghost hunters we introduced in Season One. The whole hour is the pilot of a cable show called Ghostfacers! So it's quite a departure from our usual structure. And it's completely self-enclosed and breezes right past all the mythology we set up in Jus In Bello.
4/3 - Guest Characters: Maggie, 20's, Korean-American , she is smart and funny female, in the would-be reality show "GHOSTFACERS!" Maggie is bravely game to hunt ghosts with the guys and earns the title "research team co-leader." She occasionally carries a digital video camera to get footage. She's having a relationship with her brother's best friend, another member of the team, which puts all the more pressure on their ghost hunt.
Spruge, 30s, any ethnicity, 6'6" tall. He's a towering, "line-backer sized" cameraman for the would-be reality show "GHOSTFACERS!" Deadpan and extremely low-key, even when faced with ghosts and the unknown. When Spruce stands and reveals his enormous size, even the Winchester brothers have to admit he could take them in a fight. Episode 14 - Long Distance Caller
26/4 - Dean is stunned after he receives a phone call from his dad (guest star Jeffrey Dean Morgan) who tells him he has a solution to get Dean out of his deal. Sam and Dean fight because Sam is skeptical that it is really John on the other end of the phone and warns Dean not to listen to him but Dean disagrees and sets off on his own path to follow his father's orders.
23/3 - Sam and Dean hunt a Crocotta, its goal is to get people to kill themselves and then take their souls. To do so, it communicates via phone and computer as a dead loved one. Dean gets information on the demon holding the contract on his soul from a seemingly unlikely source. While Sam goes to confront the Crocotta, Dean unknowingly prepares to ambush an innocent victim.
15/3 - Sam is helping a 15 year old girl called Leila who's in contact with her dead mother. The spirt who is contacting people is trying to make them kill themselves and Sam is figuring this out.
Dean is in contact with John or so he thinks. John tells Dean the demon who has his contract is in town and Dean goes to confront it alone. He has a devil's trap drawn and his gun and he gets a call from Sam saying the person he was in contact with is not John.Source: Dee
Episode 3.14 will be called "Long-Distance Caller" and will feature a character called Leila.Source: SpoilerTV

Episode 15 - Time Is On My Side
26/4 - As time runs out for Dean, Sam convinces him to head to Eerie, Pennsylvania to investigate a possible zombie case. Instead, they discover Doc Benton (guest star Billy Drago), a real-life doctor who, in 1816, abandoned his medical practice to follow his obsession with finding the key to eternal life by drugging people and stealing their vital organs. Meanwhile, Bobby finds out where Bela is hiding, and Dean heads out to confront her, leaving Sam behind to deal with the good doctor. Dean and Bela battle it out for the last time, and Dean leaves Bela in a desperate, and possibly fatal, position.
15/4 - Dean speaks to a victim who had a kidney removed while awake. The brothers question a demon who may know who holds the contract on Dean's soul. Instead of cooperating, the demon taunts them before being exorcised, saying it looks forward to soon having home field advantage on a Winchester.
5/4 - "We're gonna charge full-steam into Dean's deal with the devil, because his soul is coming up due," [reveals Eric Kripe.] Adds Padalecki: "Sam is trying new and different methods to try and save Dean. In the third episode I think we have a week left of Dean's life, and we're sprinting to the finish line to beat this deal that's closing in."
9/3 - The next to last episode introduces a new hunter.

Episode 16 - No Quarter (Season Finale)
26/4 - Lilith, Sam's demonic rival from "Jus in Bello", reappears and again possesses the body of a young girl. The terrified family is tortured and telekineticly killed one by one... but not before she celebrates her birthday everyday, complete with cake. To save the surviving family members, Dean takes drastic action.
23/4 - In the third season finale, Dean is not going to be able to get out of his contract—and I'm not talking about anything happening behind the scenes!
5/4 - "The season finale takes place on the very last day before his card gets pulled by the demon," Gamble said. "It's a fight to the finish. Several of the players that we've been watching deal with this over the course of the season will be in the episode. We said we weren't going to make it easy for them, and we've made it pretty difficult, bordering upon impossible." Will Dean survive and elude hell's clutches? "For all you know, in the fourth season it's going to be Sam with a flashlight in haunted houses with a special cell phone that calls hell," Gamble said with tongue in cheek. "Everyone has a theory. Everyone will find out soon enough. They just have to wait a few more months."
11/3 - I’m hearing of a huge season-ending shocker involving Dean that I’d tell you about.....let’s just say it might be one of the biggest jaw-droppers in Supernatural history...
9/3 - The season finale takes place on Dean's last day.
Looks like it's over. RIP Ellen Harvelle.
25/2 - Samantha Ferris has been asked to return as Ellen for this episode.
