Events Update

Jared Padalecki is the first guest announced for Italy's Supernatural convention, 'Jus in Bello'. The convention will be held April 2-4 2010 at Hilton Rome Airport Hotel.

Supernatural is Life have announced the first Brazilian Supernatural Convention, to be held May 8-9, 2010 in São Paulo, Brazil.

Another Guest for Asylum 4

Rogue Events have announced the second guest for Asylum 4: KATHERINE BOECHER. Katherine played the older version of Lilith from the final episodes of Supernatural Season Four.
Katherine joins JIM BEAVER (Bobby) at the event, to be held at the Hilton Hotel in Birmingham UK, May 14-16 2010.

Supernatural Season 5 WILL air in the UK!

Supernatural is to move from ITV2 to Living after Virgin Media secured the first-run UK TV rights to series five. The deal to take the CW network show to Virgin Media TV will also award second-run rights to stablemate Virgin 1. As soon as we hear an air date, info will be as usual on our site!

No more Supernatural in the UK?

There seems to be some confusion in the SN fanbase at present; whether ITV2 will show Supernatural Season 5. ITV are saying: "There are no confirmed plans to broadcast Supernatural on ITV at present but if we do acquire the series, an announcement will appear in the press in due course." However, a number of fans have been informed that ITV "have been unable to obtain the rights to show season five of Supernatural".

This news has reached local press with The Coventry Telegraph featuring an article on the subsequent fan outcry.

New Supernatural Argentina Convention Announced

Rich Entertainments have announced the Supernatural Argentina Convention, which will place April 30-May 2, 2010 at the Sheraton Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Guests will be announced shortly and tickets go on sale August 1st 2009.

Supernatural at Comic Con

On Sunday July 26, Supernatural stars Misha Collins (24) and Jim Beaver (Deadwood), creator/executive producer Eric Kripke (Boogeyman), and executive producers Ben Edlund (Angel) and Sera Gamble (Eyes) will present an exclusive sneak peek at footage from the highly anticipated fifth season premiere. They'll also answer questions and show a portion of the special features from the upcoming fourth season DVD release.

San Diego Comic Con 2009 will be held July 22-26 at San Diego Convention Center, San Diego, California, USA.

The CW Source have posted their new The Sourcies poll, "FINALLY! It's About Time!". You can also still vote in the "True Friendship" poll - you have until July 17.

Television Without Pity's Tubey Awards are in the 2nd week their final round. Ten new polls are being launched each Monday through August 30th. Fans have one week to vote for their favorite nominees in each batch of categories.

European Conventions - Tickets on Sale

Rising Con is officially set for the 26th and 27th June 2010 in Barcelona, Spain. It will be taking place in the "Hotel Barceló Sants" and the passes are now on sale.
First confirmed guests are Claudio Serrano and David Robles, the actors who do Dean and Sam's voices in the Spanish version of Supernatural. The IMPALA will also be there!

Rogue Events have announced that tickets are now on sale for Asylum Europe: No Rest for the Wicked, in the shape of the usual Diamond (€320/€265), Ruby (€200/€145) and Emerald (€105/€55) packages. They also hope to be able to confirm the venue and announce their first guest soon! The event takes place 21st - 23rd May 2010.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan's 'Taking Woodstock' release date has been moved back two weeks, and is now August 28, 2009.
Unfortunately the date for his other upcoming film 'Shanghai' has been removed from the release schedule according to ComingSoon.net. The film, also starring John Cusack, was originally due for release September 4th 2009.

Samantha Ferris' (Ellen Harvelle) 'Grace' will arrive on DVD and Blu-ray on September 15, 2009. For more info on the special features in both versions, visit Fangoria.com.

Mini-series 'Impact' (directed by Mike Rohl and starring Samantha Ferris) is being released on DVD September 1st 2009. Visit TV Shows on DVD for the Sony press release.
