Career: In the mid-1990s Samantha was a television reporter for the Bellingham, Washington station KVOS TV-12 and Vancouver's BCTV, where she went by the name Janie Ferris. Following several personal life changing events she got an agent and went into acting. Her first role was a voiceover for the English version of anime TV series "Saber Marionette J". Other TV appearances include "Stargate SG-1", "Smallville", "The 4400" and "Supernatural". her film credits include roles in "Along Came a Spider", "Butterfly on a Wheel", "Last Chance Café" and "Tell Me No Lies".
