That is so sweet about jared and sad about him thinking about having to put his dogs down i know how that feels and it isnt nice at all. If i had to do a scence like that theres alot of things i could think of to make me cry.

| Hi girls ,well loads has gone on that all seems to be getting out of hand there were things that have been taken out of text and people that have taken things the wrong way,wich i tought we had all put behind us,there should be no particular groups ect we are all part of the same site so we should all be able to get on but it has felt a little like being back at school and it really should'nt we hall had a great time ....and it shouldnt be tainted now .we need to start a fresh clean slate..im sure we are capable of doing this but if some of you really cant then u should say and then maybe if it really is a problem then we could leave ,if that is what it really comes to,but i really thought we were better than that!i would hate to think that things have got that bad that we feel that we cant even post anymore!i hope this is where this can be left and we can start again ? thanks lisax |

| I don't think its that bad that members should leave as far as I am concerned this was over for me the other day and I would like to think that it stays that way. I am not a person that likes conflict so I believe this should be put behind us. I am still unsure to whats gone on but that's all in the past now. I think if everyone can put it all behind them then we can all get along like this as never happen!!! |

| well i've totally put it behind me i was a little ****ed first of all but it's gone days now and everything should just go bk 2 normal i dont think theres any need for anyone leaving we're all gd friends ere and if it came to that well i pity us all we're miles bigger then this so as far as i'm concerned it's over and done with. |

Thats so cute about Jared and his dogs. Doesn't surprise me though as Jared is a Cancerian and they are renowned animal lovers. |

My Asylum conventention experiences
Fri 11 May 2007
Travelled to Coventry with butterflies in my stomach and a huge stupid grin on my face! (Some strange looks on the train) Registered for the event and then a few stiff vodka lemonades.
Sat 12 May 2007
Arrived at the Leofric Hotel about 830, all the while literally shaking, sweating, my stomach flipping over, feeling dizzy and sick (I could actually not believe my physical reaction to just the thought of meeting Jensen! I mean I'm 26 not 16 but the man has a mystical power over me I am sure)
By 9 am I had composed myself slightly and was hanging in the hallway by the registration desks. I see the lift lights go on and as I'm distracted by trying to turn my camera on, the lift doors open to a ding dong, I glance over and there he is, I had to brace myself on the banister, my legs went to jelly and my heart did one long roll in my chest, (I could hardly believe it the object of my affection, the man that takes up a good portion of my free time, and all of my thoughts and dreams was standing a foot away from me) I was to dumb struck to say anything or snap a pic as he walked past me (close enough I could smell him) and into the photo room!
Once he was out of sight I regained the use of my legs and tongue and began shaking!
At 10ish I was actually in the queue to have my photo taken with him, and I was not the only one having a hard time breathing while waiting for their turn, when I was at the door, and had to step in, it was like being in slow motion, he turned and shot a killer smile at me, and looked at me with those green eyes, and I remember saying hi…and went to his side and gazed up at him, he looked down at me and said ' are you ok?' I could only say yes, and then after the shot was taken he said 'thanks for coming' and I said again yes…thank you…errm ..Bye then…he seemed amused by my reaction! I stumbled out and collapsed in my chair in the stage talk hall…
For the rest of Saturday, we went from merchandise room, to stage talks with the other guests, all the while never wandering to far from the room Jensen was in, and saying hi getting smiles and snaps every time he entered or left the different rooms.
 
By now, a crazy girl had practically attacked him, earlier that morning, by launching herself on him, arms round his neck and legs round his waist, he stumbled back, and went white, he looked really shaken up and confused, especially when she slid down him to a heap on the floor, and the security guys picked her up, to where she continued to kick and scream and fight to try to get at him, where he was hiding in the lift with the other security guard, the big bodyguard had to slam her up against the wall in a arm lock (nutter, have some respect girl!)…Outside the hotel later she was crying and begging to be let back in, where she was told by one of the organisers, that Jensen had said she is not to come back in all weekend (shame) she is lucky she was not lynched! Don't mess with the Ackles….
On his way into the autograph room, I approached him and said 'Jensen can I take a picture of you' and he said 'oh sweetheart not right now, and patted me on the arm' thud!
Jensen was due on stage to do his first stage talk with the fans, (bet he was wishing he didn't have to after the crazy chick) For all he knew he was about to face a room full of 700 of those kinds of girls…but he overcame and brought the house down with this stories, anecdotes, jokes and insider gossip from the show and his career in general…(he told the bee story from episode bugs, funny-and a time he and Jared had a fall out which resulted in Jared stepping up to Jensen, Jensen stepping in his face also, them being nose and to nose and the crew gasping thinking thier 2 stars were gonna fight, Jensen says it was due to over tiredness etc but he said Jared stormed off, Jensen stormed off and a few hrs later when they calmed down Jensen found Jared andf they hugged it out!- roles he regretted- and jess alba being horrible to him on set) there was extensive rapturous applause, and I actually managed to ask him a question.
When the floor was open to questions, I put my hand up and was handed a mike before I had thought it all the way through, my head was screaming, you cant stand up and speak to Jensen Ackles in front of 700 people sit down sit down, but I found myself rising, and all eyes (including those special green ones) were on me! I could not hear my own voice for the heartbeat pounding in my head; I said ' Hi Jensen, of all the movie characters roles in history, which one would you most like to have played?'…He smiled and said 'ooh good question, probably Indiana Jones, (cheers) or you've got your great ones like James Bond, I loved those when I was a kid' I nodded and smiled along and said thank you at the end and then dissolved back into my chair hyperventilating!
Some one asked if Jensen would ever sing again, or do more singing or something, (I was still recovering) but I did listen to his reply. He said ' probably not seriously as some of his friends were singers and they were so good he should leave it to them. He introduced his best bud Jason Manns (who was sitting in the sidelines, and due to play a set that night at the convention party) and said he still enjoyed jamming with him sometimes. To which Jason shouted out ' how about jamming tonight' Jensen laughed and the applause and cheers went on so long, he could not really say no…he said diplomatically ' we'll see' and gave Jason a I'm gonna kill you look....
I was number 611, so in all queues suffice to say I was at the back…but it did give me time to position myself in good spots for Jensen's arrivals and departures through the hotel…we could not get in on the saturday to have our autographs done as I'm sure by now he could hardly move his hand and needed a break…we would have to wait till Sunday…
Later on my friend Jenny, cunningly overheard Wayne from Rogue Events on the phone to someone, saying ' We will need to get in extra security and sort the tables out as one of the guest wants to come to the party tonight' when asked who he tried to whisper 'Jensen' but the cat was out of the bag and me and my friends were back at the convention as early as possible to get good seats. After getting one table from the front, and Jensen trying to sneak in the side with a baseball cap on, Jason began his show (he is amazing and should be much more famous)…Jason then says that he got sent a you tube video if himself singing at a wedding, and everyone knew what was coming! He says I had some help with that one, and the cheers were so loud Jensen had to get up, he came on the stage and after bantering with each other, they sang crazy love…which totally melted my heart…after they were done, and Jensen had plugged Jason's cd, Jason said he had broken the cardinal rule of backing singers, never have on that is better looking than you' ha ha. I got a few great pics of Jensen leaving the hall in his cap…hot….
 
Sunday 13 May
Sunday morning we were in the queue for our autographs, which was amazing. I had been given a rose the night before, and decided to give it to Jensen, I did not really want to do it in front of everyone in the autograph room, so when he walked past me to go in, I said 'Jensen can I just give you this' he went to take it, and the body guards, would not let him! He said give it to me later…Once in the room and as I approached the table, I said' firstly this is for you' and handed him the rose, to which everyone else in the room in a loud chorus went 'arrhh'' and it felt like my insides were burning with embarrassment, he touched his chest and smiled up at me and said 'thank you' I gave him my pictures to sign and asked him to write dude on it, which he did and said 'I was the first person to ask him to write that!' I shook his hand and left clutching my autographs..
While listening to Alona Tal, give her stage talk, which was very interesting, she said she was upset that Jo did not get a good response from the fans, also said that during her fight scene with Jared in BUBS, the bottle wouldn't break for ages, and he kept spinning her round to hard and they kept cracking up…. the MC guy announced there were some tickets left for another photo shoot with Jensen, my friend tells me that the speed in which I was out of my chair and off and running, blew her hair back!…I got another ticket and again had to face Jensen in the studio room!, I walked in and he took my hand and stood me next to him, he asked me to hang on a minute, while he finished up talking to his security, I stood there being hand held by Jensen, until he looked down at me and said 'ok, you ok?' again I was back to one syllable word responses. Yes I said. As he put his arm round me for the pic, his bodyguard stumbled over a wire and crashed into the wall, Jensen and I cracked up laughing, and subsequently the picture taken is really natural and nice of us laughing and sharing a joke!
As the last day was nearing its end (boo sob), the final activity was Jensen's closing stage talk, which rocked…(he told funny stories of practical jokes they play on set, how he thinks some of the fan fiction is disturbing, he said I love you guys, I would not be here if I didnt, that he is going to try to keep the impala, if the show ever finishes, and that Jared calls him j-dog and he calls him jarhead)
then all the guests joined him on stage for a farewell they all said thank you so much and how much they enjoyed it, and were cheered off the stage, by now my tears were streaming, that it was over…they kept is on that room while the guests left and everyone assumed they had all been whisked away in that time, so when were set free, everyone went off and left the hotel me and my friends hung around and had a drink , and chatted about the weekend, when low and behold Jensen appeared again out of the lift with his bodyguards, about 20 minutes later…as we were practically the only people there he stopped for a minute and said 'good bye ladies' I stood a foot in front of him and said 'bye Jensen' to which he flashed his killer smile at me one last time, and walked out of my life!

Jensen as Indiana Jones?? That sounds awesome!
I heard there was a sequel coming up... maybe if it was still in the casting phase, and its producer got aware of this... we'd see Jensen wearing Indy's hat and a whip! If that aint cool, I dont know what is!

| Im so glad I was not the only idiot (in the kindest sense)who stood there at precicely 09.25am Saturday morning (Ratty was with me) and went stone cold quiet as he walked by and again never got the photo. My lovely son whom Sian will murder one day and has my permission has sat me down and wants rid of 'the shrine' and for me to grow up "Youre 47 for Gods sake take a look on the mans face in your photo, hes like are you sure????, Mum enough is enough, your worrying me now' Perhaps this will teach to say " you wouldnt dare" after all I do love a challenge. |
